This device is designed by combining gravimetric method and active piston method, which can meet the requirements of JJF1586-2016 "Active piston Flow Standard Device" calibration specification and JJG1113-2015 "Water Meter Verification Device" national metrology verification regulations.Due to the wide range of electronic water meter monitored flow, the device is designed for gravimetric method and piston method double standard structure, giving full play to the advantages of each standard.
The device Q1 to Q2 is verified by piston, which has many advantages such as wide flow range, stepless flow regulation, accurate flow detected point, fast flow regulation, good flow stability, low energy consumption, low noise and high verification efficiency.
Q3~Q4 using gravimetric method for verification, dynamic commutation, to ensure sufficient stability of the electronic water meter time and water consumption.The piston device can be traced to the gravimetric method, and the comprehensive performance of the whole device has the international advanced level.The calibre of the device is DN15 ~ DN25, and the flow range is (0.002~8) m3/h.It can carry out the verification work of mechanical impeller type water meter, ultrasonic type water meter and electromagnetic type water meter.
